We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location was wonderful, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. We were impressed by the level of service from the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight was definitely the in-room breakfast, which was delicious and served with a personal touch. The hotel also offered a wide range of leisure facilities, such as beach access and live entertainment, which added to our enjoyment of the stay.

The signage to find the hotel entrance could be improved, causing a bit of difficulty for guests upon arrival.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms and great facilities. We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast options and the friendly staff. The location in the center of the town made it convenient for exploring.

Exceptional staff, decor, and rooms. Stayed one night, wished could stay longer. "Stagnum" room with exposed limestone wall, high ceilings, and great lighting. Impressive facilities like Nespresso machine, smart speakers, and smart TV. Breakfast served as room service, pre-order and spacious. Huge, comfortable memory foam bed. Great night in the city.
